Turquoise Enamel flower necklace - silvertone - daisy or sunflower

This may be vintage, but I'm not certain. Got it from a yard sale a few years ago, and never asked. (It really seems like it's from the 1960's or 1970's) unknown metal composition. (it's not magnetic, but i tested it and it's not silver.) could use some cleaning, but it still looks good even if you don't clean it. the flowers look like daisies or sunflowers. The center flower pendant in a circle isn't affixed in a specific spot along the chain, so you can make it be off-center as shown on mannequin. the color was hard to capture, so i provided a few different lighting situations to compare. The sunlight photo looks like the closest. (it's more of a turquoise than teal) Costume jewelry hippie style peace out man!
