Turquoise Glass Beaded Rhinestone Encrusted Parrot Cabochon Gold Tone Necklace

This is an extremely well made, unsigned, parrot necklace. I am fairly certain the round 10mm, turquoise beads are glass, not stone, with a knot in between. The parrot is encrusted with cobalt blue, topaz, citrine, robin's egg blue, and white, plastic ovals. The transparent, green enamel on the feathers is in perfect condition. The parrot measures 3" long. The teardrop, lemon beads are faceted plastic. The inner measurement is approximately 20" long, with a 2 1/2" extender. I would compare the quality to Joan Rivers, but again, not a signature that I can find. Maybe the hang tag was removed? I will include a velvet dust bag for storage and a gift box.
