Turquoise Halter Dress w/Flowers & Birdies🌹🐦

Maybe handmade, but I do not know for certain. There are no labels or that or fabric contents tags. It is a stunning dress with a beautiful neckline and kind of a silky type of fabric that except for the bust, is unlined. It is not sheer though. It has a zippered back. I do not see any signs of wear. just by measurements, as the size I chose is just a guess bust-32" around. waist-40" max. to fit loosely, your waist should be no more than 28" or so. length-38", but halter straps are adjustable
