Got this dress just this last summer & wore it once on vacation. The top half is macrame style with a stretchy midband. The top strings can hang down or be tied into a bow. Great with a light jacket to style it. It goes down to the knees. Very soft high quality material. S/M PS the sunhat is for sale too separately - make an offer!
