Turquoise Petro Zillia Dress

Gorgeous dress. Turquoise with a blue lining underneath. Beautiful color. Very soft. Removable belt. Adjustable straps. Perfect for summer. No fabric label but feels like chiffon + silk. Length 33" ( however straps adjustable so length can vary), bust: (for bust I just measured the very top of the Dress where it meets the straps) 34" (stretched), Waist and Hips free (loose Fitting, tunic-like), previous owner size 6/8. Dress is a little wrinkled but they can easily be steamed out (sent as is). e
