Turquoise and Black Shirred Empire Waist Dress

Very pretty, very blue! However, this dress runs small, so buy it if you're a medium, or on the smaller side of large. Ordered from Zulily, it did not fit me well (they don't have a return policy). So this has never been worn. I will say: the pattern on it is a bit off-center, but since the dress gathers at the front it is not very noticeable. Good for daytime outings.
