Genuine Leather with Dots of Turquoise colored stones in Silver Colored Accents. Small Turquoise (size of an eraser) on Brown Leather. 45” total length, fits waist 36”-41”. Minor signs of notch’s on inside of belt. I don’t know if turquoise is real. 1.25” wide
