Turquoise blue satin and tulle Forever 21 party dress

NWT Forever 21 high low turquoise blue dress Gorgeous dress with a satin top and multiple layers of tulle for the skirt. This would be perfect for an event, party, dance, or even costume party :) Color is most similar to the second photo rather than the stock photo. Never worn but it did arrive with a couple snags in the seton top (pictured). Not noticeable due to the satin fabric and color but wanted to point it out for sure.
