Turquoise southwest style 80s vintage shirt dress

Amazing vintage shirt dress from the 80s. Made of 50/50 cotton and polyester. Has pockets! Marked size 8 but i think it could fit sizes 8-10, or smaller for a blousy fit! Unfortunately here are some stain spots, but I think with dedication someone could get them out. It has so much life left! Pictured on size 12.
