Turquoise/Crystal/Faux Pearl Handmade Necklace

Necklace was made for me about 15 years ago. It’s 18 inches long and not positive on the stones it was made with. Worn only a handful of times and has been in storage. Beautiful worn with denim or white cotten collared shirt.
