Turtle Neck Sweater Poncho

Turtleneck Plaid pattern Fringe ends Size: One size fits all Sweater type material Kind of still has a tag just no paper tag on it, never worn. I think the brand of it is just be me.... I'm not sure but it came from family dollar, there was no neck tag on it when I got it.
