Turtle neck mini dress

Black, light weight, turtle neck mini dress or long shirt. The fit is between bodycon and A line, has very slight flare at bottom. Missing tags but can fit a M (loosely) or L (tightly). Very light weight material that is soft and feels quality. Hardly worn, in great condition.
