90s vintage turtleneck short sleeve maxi dress in worn, preloved condition. No tags on the dress, fits like a 10/12 and is stretchy. Material has some small holes, stitching is coming undone around the neck, and pattern is worn away in the butt and knee area as pictured. Could be very cute with a slit cut into it.
