Tutti Vintage 90s Denim Western Handpainted Dress with Removable Cape 1X gently used pre-owned measures flat chest 24" length 34" this is an awesome funky vintage closet find. the cape? is removable with buttons and straps under the arms. the pockets are fake on the front. some of the paint is puff paint and raised textured. sized 1. which is probably a vanity sizing for 1X. please use measurements. this could also be a coat / duster, but it looks like a dress to me.
