Tutu

This started out as a St. Patrick's Day Tutu. Several layers of green under skirt, different shades of green and fabrics along the top gold accent bows already in place. I've been added green and gold satin leaves around. They are safety penned in and removable. I wore this for the Disney princess, half marathon as princess Tiana.
