@j_tc_ Hi, thanks for your interest. The Tank Top (upper dress portion) feels as if it is made out of a cotton material. These lacey bows are of a tulle fabric. The lower (green portion) Under lining is silky feeling to the touch and appearance but assume it's a type of polyester (not sure). the overlay that has Floral (cloth flowers in it) is a tulle material.

The attached product tag is in Japanese or Chinese but definitely a language I can not decipher. There is no material tag on the clothing item.
The size marking says 9, so it's even a little hard to determine the exact age group for a goof fit of a US child because some kids a long / skinny & some are short & chunky. :-)
But I tried to use the conversion chart the company provided for a best guess.
