Shein black and white tweed long sleeve flare mini dress with ruffle sleeve cuffs and wrap style vneck top. Worn a couple of times. See images for condition of item. Fabric has some pilling that can probably be removed but it hard to see due to the pattern. Fabric is 100% polyester and is very thick and structured. Womens size small. Waist and wrist are stretchy. Length is a longer mini length that it doesn’t feel too short on me (I am 5’ 7” for reference)
