Tweed NWT Pencil Skirt B&W, Small

Premise brand black and white tweed fabric fitted pencil skirt, elastic waist allows to wear it a little higher waisted if desired. Love this but I no longer have a job needing business casual wear. Looks so cute with a white blouse. I have some free items in my closet, just bundle to save :)
