Cute short sleeved outerwear. Tweed material on the outside and cotton lined inside. Has 2 inch button detail in the front. Two front pockets. One pocket has a hole inside (picture shown) doesn't affect the lined part inside. Wear over a dress or jeans and t-shirt.
