Tweed brand blue and white top, XL

Tweed brand top, solid dark blue on the front bodice and sleeves, with side panels and back in a blue and off-white pattern. It’s barely off-white, closer to white than cream IMO. There are five decorative button where the blue and the pattern meet near the side seams.
