Tweed shirt with ruffle blouse

I love this shirt I wish it fit me!! This fits small and has no stretch. I am a C cup, this would be perfect on an A or B cup. The upper tweed has some shine to it so it is perfect for a casual or dressy occasion. The back has a button closure at the neck. Brand new, never worn!
