Tween Medium or Adult XS to Small Long-sleeve Orange Floral Velvet Dress

Says Medium in tags for Tweens but fits like a XS to Small for adults. I was a small at the time I purchased this dress and it fit me fine. A little tighter in the arms though. Orange base, pink roses Velvet feel Hits above the Knee Choker neckline The photo with me wearing it: Not a good picture to capture the color of the dress, but to show you where it hits on the knee. I’m 5’2” I’m currently fitting almost medium sized clothes now, so dress might appear a little small on me. Necklace shown on the neckline does not come with the dress.
