Twelfth Street By Cynthia Vincent Silk Skirt Size XS Petite

Pretty BOHO hippie silk tiered skirt with embellished raw edge ruffle hemline. Elastic waist has slight signs of wear, see last photo. May be loose or missing embellishments, but none have been detected. Overall good pre-loved condition. There is no size tag with the exception of a P on the fabrication tag which I assume means petite. Skirt measures out to about a size XS. Please check photos and measurements carefully. Made in USA
