This outrageous 12th Street by Cynthia Vincent mini dress is an absolute must have. It is a mini party dress in a gorgeous copper/metallic bronze color and has a statement necklace attached to it. The necklace is embellished with gold hardware and beads. It zips in the back. Mini bubble dress that isn’t meant to be super form fitting, it’s a bubble style. Gorgeous material and detailing! Worn only a couple of times but is in excellent condition/l.
