This elegant Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent (exclusively for Piperlime) has a drawstring waist and a shimmery sheen that would be suitable for all occasions -- casual or dressy! In a pretty shade of midnight blue, the crinkle fabric descends the length of the skirt, interrupted by a ruffle that travels down to the last 9.5" inches of the skirt. Measured flat: The waistband fully undone measures 16.5" and it can be cinched up to any smaller width. Total length is 42". Back of skirt has 9"zipper and hook and eye closure. Fabric is 100% acetate, and is unlined.
