Twelfth street by Cynthia Vincent size 2 Lined white lace romper xs

Very cute romper that can be dressed up or down. Has a white (very slightly off white as shown) laced pattern and is lined throughout. There is a rip in the inside lining, but it doesn’t really affect the outside look and can be easily repaired without mention notice.
