💥Twenty One Small Dress or shirt

Twenty One size small blue/teal color dress. Not sure of the material, but it's stretchy and comfortable! Can also be used as a shirt. I am a size medium and I wore this as a shirt with some leggings and it looked nice! Has a tiny mark that I found (please see photos to get a better idea- I have my finger pointing to it).
