Super on trend black top with lace wing short sleeves. It is gathered by the waist with elastic and the bottom of the shirt is also trimmed with lace. Across the shoulders it measures 14" and from armpit to waist 7". From the waist to the bottom of the shirt measures 9". It is a cotton blend and is a bit sheer. It is a size medium.
