Adorable little dress has nice weight to it…fabric is 95% rayon/5% spandex. Dress is fully lined. Sheer white fabric around upper part of bodice… ruffled at neckline and arm openings. One-button closure at center back. Skirt portion is pleated. “Puffy” hemline (see last photo). Bust-32”, waist-24”, length-34”.
