Twenty-one Ruched Waist Zipper Front Ditsy Floral Dress sz S

This dress by Twenty-one is in excellent condition with no stains, picks, etc. It is made of a rich brown fabric that looks abd feels like silk shantung, but is polyester. There are small tan and blue flowers patterned throughout. Cap sleeves feature buttoned epaulets. Waist is ruched in front and smocked in back. A zipper runs down the front center if the dress and has a pull at both the top and bottom (bottom pullis functional, but sticks some.) V-neck. Size small.
