The bloomer-style bottoms have a paper bag waist band with an illusion drawstring (non stretchy woven fabric). Very good condition, no visible flaws. Bottoms are sized 18m and the top is 2T. I found the top to be SUPER snug, that’s why I’ve listed the set as 18m.
