Lovely tulle petticoat from Twigs & Honey. Purchased at BHLDN/Anthropologie Weddings. Can be worn underneath a skirt or on its own. Fully lined with an extra layer of tulle attached to lining. Please note that the thread is slightly pulled at bottom of zipper, as shown in last photo. Never worn, only tried on. -Sits at waist -Back zip -Made in the USA
