Twill blend woman’s jacket/blazer

Black and white twill blazer. Zipper is slanted to the side. Small patch of fabric when opens alittle. All black polyester lining throughout. Boxed bottom with same pattern fringe. Also same fringe around shoulders. Snap at top of zipper, for staying warm. Just adorable. Also two side pockets.
