Twill ribbon flowers sewn on black lace, lined skirt.

This skirt is a mystery I am unable to find the manufacturer. Large size skirt with a ribbon rose inside at the kick pleat. Ribbon flowers match the suit jacket. from the waist size I'm sizing this a 2XL waist 42 inches hips 58 inches waist line to bottom hem 33 inches bottom back has a kick pleat zipper close with hook and eye at waist. The waist band is made of a different material than the rest of the skirt.
