Twinkle voile cotton strapless top, AAPI designer

Purchased from a NYC sample sale. twinkle is a rather hard to find brand in the US, more UK based. Elasticize back straps with cutout and minor ballon waist. Fabric is sheer but not see through. Internal bra with light padded lining. From Anthropologie.
