Twirls & Twigs brand floral hi low dress. Note colors may vary from screen to screen. Appears to have a grey top and a green skirt with flower patterns. 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex. Size 4 girls. The following is a list of flat measurements: Pit to pit approx. 9.5" shoulder to hem approx. 21" in the front and 27.25" in the back. Machine wash in cold with like colors. Lay flat to dry.
