Twirls & Twigs dress w/ empire waist

Burgundy and baby blue dress with empire waist and long bell sleeves with puffy shoulders. The bottom is a floral embroidered overlay with baby blue patterned liner. Good condition except one small snag in the front (Shown in picture). Sweet flower in front.
