Twist Tees Blue V-neck top, 3X

Fun, deep periwinkle blue v-neck crossover tunic with tons of details. Made by Twist Tees, this top features ruching on the left waist down to the hem and at the cuff of each 3/4 sleeve. The v-neck is deep, and you may wish to either pin it together or wear a cami beneath. Though marked “3” in women’s size, I find this piece a little small.
