What is the brand? Abd are they real leather? Suede?

@konaturtles Hi. Two Lips is the brand. Insude the boot says Leather Upper. The leg is inner lined with, I think, fabric. But the foot part and outside the leg part is leather. The inset for leg adjustment is a super buttery soft leather piece.
