Two Mice: 11” and 5”

Meiya & Alvin Plush Mouse 11” White mouse plush with pink, velvet Mary Jane shoes and “hands”. Children’s brick and mortar boutique purchase. Used as a display in my granddaughter’s bedroom. “Miss Mousie” stands about 5” tall (3” when sitting). She was finely handcrafted in Japan out of grayish beige ribbed corduroy fabric covering her entire body. Her arms, legs and tail are reinforced with sturdy wire, allowing her to bend. Miss Mousie’s inside ears are made of a peach-colored satiny-silk fabric. Her velvet skirt has hand embroidered flowers along the front hem as well as the sewn-in “MADE IN JAPAN” label. I find her to be in fantastic, vintage condition, still wearing her string and paper label. Miss Mousie would be a lovely addition to a dollhouse/diorama scene. Please see all pictures for details.
