Ruffled White Sandals Layers of ruffles at front, Velcro ankle strap closure Worn once for at most a few minutes during photos- they were too big for the baby at the time and she couldn't keep them on her feet. Size 5 Please note: Size 5 is supposed to correspond with 12 to 18 month. In my visual assessment the Old Navy are bigger than the ruffled sandals though.
