Two Piece Elegant Dress

This is a prom dress that’s only been wore once, the top and bottom is a different size making it be more adjustable for either fitting and or being separated. The tag on bottoms say 13 but in reality it’s more 10/11 because I could not find a top that would fit with the waist because of my body type. It has beautiful detailing and if I could fit into it, I wouldn’t give it up but for sure a head turner dress
