Two Piece Formal Dress

This is a two-piece formal dress. The skirt is a mermaid style with colorful flowers, and the top is a halter top style made of lace-like material that sparkles in the light. It's perfect for a wedding, prom, or any other formal event. I'm about 5'1'' and it has been altered to fit me with about 3'' heels, so I don't recommend it for anyone taller than 5'5'' unless you don't mind the skirt being on the shorter side.
