kimzap @marlazo85 I'm measuring 39 inches on the skirt. I looked up sizing and an 18 runs about 38 inches. So it looks like it is true to size for an 18. The skirt is a zip up, and does not have a stretch to it. It does have more room through the hip area. Hope that helps.

kimzap @mistibythesea Hello, the waist of the skirt is 38-39 inches. And please tell me from where you want me measure from on the jacket, from highest point to lowest? From the collar straight down the back is 24in. And I am going to post office in 30 min.

kimzap @mistibythesea Okay, the length of jacket is correct then. Skirt is 26 inches long. The bust measurement is very difficult for me to measure. I'm sorry, I have never had to do this. I'm 38DD and the jacket is a bit loose. 44 inches around measured just underneath the arm.
