Two Powder Puff Jars, Clear Rib Design, Glass Gold Silver

Chokin art is a form of decorative art characterized by detailed metal engravings highlighted with 24K gold accents. These lovely pieces of vintage glass jars have a metal-finish lid. The lid doesn't screw on; it eases on and off. Would be great to hold loose powder, potpourri, or as a little trinket dish. Often originating from Japan, these pieces are sought after by collectors. Clear Ribbed Design, and the gold lids have silver hearts, and a flower spray on one side. Some light wear, consistent with age, but good overall vintage condition with no flaws.
