Two Toddler Girls Beautiful Cardigans Pennymeade and H&M 18-24 months. The H&M cardigan has a cute ruffle detail on the shoulder and fabulous neon pink details in the buttons and on the arm with a pink heart. There are a few subtle discoloration marks that I took pictures of. The Pennymeade cardigan is so precious! It’s a bit of a crop cardigan so perfect for dresses or over a short. No stains or marks but there is some fading.
