carols_closet01 @isela87 that's strange I think there might be something wrong with Poshmark update because all my packages says usps scan pending and I have shipped them all .....I have already contacted Poshmark but they haven't email me back yet

isela87 @carols_closet01 really? I'm sure they will cuz if the order isn't process with in so many day they will contact the seller to ship the order! I was all excited for it ☹️ but I'm sure we will figured out what happened!

carols_closet01 @isela87 yea they keep on sending me notifications to the app to ship it but I already email them telling them that I shipped it already but it shows that it haven't been scan in the post office, and they still haven't reply to me which makes me very upset I don't know if there postage that they game me dosent work I really don't know because the other package that I send out the same day as your it's in the same status as yours 😟

isela87 @carols_closet01 that's really sad cuz they need to be on top of things especially if they taking part of the money they should reply to you and find out what happened! Did you get a receipt when you took them to the post office?

carols_closet01 @isela87 exactly no they gave me a receipt because I print the postage that Poshmark send me to my email address and drop it at the post office but now I know that I have to see physically that they actually scanning the package coz I don't trust Poshmark anymore...because there really taking no responsibility for nothing as yet and as a seller it's very upsetting and as a customer it's the same as frustrating until now still they haven't reply me back

carols_closet01 @isela87 in my experience with the post office they never take ownership in nothing if they lose it, I have called them tons of times for the packages that they have lost and not once they refund me the amount of the product that they lost so I'm just hoping Poshmark contacts me to se what's going on because there the one that gave me the postage to print it out but if you want me to call the post office I'll need your tracking number

carols_closet01 @isela87 poshmark just contacted me and all they said its to contact the post office so i called the post office and they said they had to records of the package because tracking number says status not available....so i think that is best if you request a refund, i really think poshmark gave me a none working shipping label :(

isela87 @carols_closet01 I'm sorry! But you should contact them and request them to pay for your items because if they are charging 6.95 for shipping they should have some sort of insurance for it!
