Very cute two piece top by Windsor to talk with sleeves, but no shoulder skirt very fitting body con skirt Very flattering great for going out great for dinner. Top is 14 inches across the wrists are 4 inches across and the shoulder sleeve is 6 inches. The skirt is 13 inches across and 26 inches top to bottom from Windsor size large.
