Two piece Blue and Black Prom/Homecoming Dress

A gorgeous two piece gown that doesn't reveal too much. The top is made of black lace with a fabric block in the front to cover. The bottom is a beautiful seafoam blue colored skirt made of gorgeous material with tulle over the top. This gown is a standard dress length and has not been hemmed. It is sized as an xs but was loose on me as a size 0-2. In great condition! Only worn once.
