Two piece blue and white painted floral prom dress

This two piece prom dress has a shiny blue halter top that zips in the back (and includes padding) with a zip up, long and flowy skirt. The skirt has a blue floral pattern that looks almost painted on, it is beyond beautiful! The dress was only worn once and is in amazing condition, with no stains or marks. If interested I will be listing the hoop skirt i wore under the dress as well that gave it the fuller look in all the photos (not worn in the first). I am 5”2’ and 120 pounds in photos.
